Expect a tracking number within three business days.

We are obsessive packagers. Receiving thousands of parcels over the years has taught us what it takes to get your item to your door in the same condition it left ours. Contact us ASAP if something isn't looking right upon delivery.

Unfortunately, once an item leaves our facility we have no control over shipping times and logistics. All projected delivery dates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and are only estimations.

Please note: We cannot guarantee alternate methods of shipping unless arranged and confirmed prior to order.

Incorrect Shipping Information / Undeliverable Items

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable shipping information. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges for merchandise that is returned due to incorrect shipping information and/or the inability to properly receive shipments at the provided address.

Adherant LLC is not responsible for packages after the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier indicates they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at time of purchase. This includes issues after delivery such as theft of unattended packages, damage, etc.
